This means that we have not yet received a commission from the store from which your cashback is paid.

Upon confirmation of your purchase, the store gives us the date when the cashback will be available for withdrawal. You can see the date in the section My cashback - Online shopping history: in the column Status opposite to your purchase it will be indicated “Waiting for payment from the store till (dd.mm.yy).”

It happens that the store does not give us the date when the cashback will be available for withdrawal. In this case, you'll have to wait until the average waiting time for payment from the store ends (it is indicated on the store page on our website), or ask us for the info.
