Why my payment is delayed?

The payment could be transfered to the status Delayed only by our employee, there could be several reasons for this:

1) Clarification of payment details to confirm payment.
2) In case the money was requested for payment for invited friends who enter from the same ip address or computer.
3) In the case of a large number of canceled purchases, to find out the reason.

In all cases, the user is first sent a letter to the E-mail specified in the profile and then the payment goes to the status Delayed until the circumstances are clarified.
