I didn't get my cashback, what do I do?

Reasons why cashback might not appear in your account:

1) To make a purchase, you did not go to the store through our service.

2) You've added the product to the cart before going through our service.

3) You placed the order in the online store by phone.

4) When placing an order, you entered a coupon that is not listed on our service.

If the purchase is made according to the rules, but the cashback has not been added, contact us.
