The cashback has disappeared from my account, what should I do?

Please do not worry, very often the reason for this is the accidental creation of a second account on the service.

Since there are 2 ways to enter the account: via mail and password and via social network; please make sure that you entered this account the same way as the one through where the purchases were made:

1) If it was via "mail and password", make sure that the data entered is correct.
2) If it was via "social network", make sure that previously you've also logged in through the same social network.
